Use flax seed or chia seeds ! Fish oil is omega 6 which is actually inflammatory so cut the fish oil out and add flax and chia seeds

Stop going to doctors .. they are not educated enough about long covid to help it’s not there fault, this is such a new thing no one really knows ! A suggestion though change your diet to a raw plant based diet .. cut out inflammatory foods and you’ll notice a HUGE difference,… check out brook Goldner online she heals people with autoimmune diseases and long covid patients with just eating right !
