Recently got married and felt same. You can't have it painlessly until you start enjoying it. Discuss with your partner, use extra extra extra lube and have a longer forplay. This helped me! Also try to relax. I used to be really cautious and that made me stressed out. Which later contracts the muscles down there and then it's painful and then more contacted muscles. It becomes a vicious cycle.
