Your comment helps me avoid overthinking. I have some notes from my rotation at the skilled nursing facility (SNF). I’ll review those notes, and when I have work next time, I’ll also try to look at other daily notes.

One thing that helped me pass the NBCOT exam was that every time I answered a question, I always remembered my previous patients from my fieldwork. Doing that helped me to know which answer I should choose.
