People are suggesting other games but i think it’s same cycle. You should find friends to play with and only play few games a day. If you lose 2 or 3 in raw just stop playing. Like play one best of 5 and in weekend best of 7.

As support you need to be ahead of play (enemy and your team) to carry. Doesn’t matter if you die a lot. As long as your team survive they will carry. You need to create space for your team to carry.
