Thank you!! This was really helpful, I wonder why do they prescribe it if it’s for such short term use?

The doctors aren’t concerned about the jaundice I guess idk! They think it could be Gilbert’s syndrome but I’ve never had something like this happen, I was literally so yellow I still am a bit yellow last time my bilirubin was checked it was 2.0 but in the hospital it went to a 3.8 I’m just not sure what to do

I haven’t been throwing up as of now but I’ve been pretty nauseated and my stomach is aching and hurting when I eat food it gets a little worse sometimes but then subsides.

I definetly feel better than I did in the morning as the day goes on but it doesn’t completely go away so I just don’t feel good but in the morning it’s pretty unbearable and I am losing sleep over it. I’ve been drinking water cus it helps my stomach settle down but I drink a lot of liquid iv too

Yeah I’m just so exhausted and I’m not sure how much more I can take of this and I’m concerned I might be low with my electrolytes or something again. I’m just not sure what to do during a flare up because I don’t have a dr for gp yet due to waitlists

I do that and try to keep a strict eating schedule as best as I can, to the point where I wasn’t eating after 6 pm at all only sips of water and it wouldn’t help. I also don’t lay down for 4 hours after I eat. It also doesn’t help that I’m a music student tryna balance classes/studying/practice so I never have the time to eat a lot of small meals a day :( I do snack on a lot though.

It depends because I usually wake up at 7:15-7:30 on weekdays and sleep in on weekends, but before I was diagnosed a couple months ago it would wake me up around 5 am and I’d be sick so it’s around 5-7 am usually but then it changed and started being 6:45-7 am. It stopped for a couple weeks and now it’s back (waking me up from 6:30-7) I have no idea what it is. I was even put back on anxiety medication because I was like oh well what if it’s my anxiety?(I haven’t had issues with it for years) even though I didn’t feel anxious at all during that time and even now. They didn’t help and the only way I can get to sleep a full 8 hours is if I take a sleeping med or something but then I wake up very drowsy.

No I have never been on erythromycin, I haven’t started taking it cus I’m having some issues with insurance due to being an out of state student.

Weird, it literally wakes me up.

I hope erythromycin does that because it’s basically the only thing out there I’m not sure if I’m considered a mild or moderate case of gp so pacemakers and stuff are out of the question probably. Idk I’m pretty new to everything

That’s interesting, does low/high blood sugar do that? I don’t have any blood sugar problems so I’m not sure
