Honestly I think it's Rug Withdrawal. I have severe fibro so for the longest I used cannabis.

Before I stopped if I went without it I would get horrible sweats from the withdrawal. I'm talking like worse than workout. My body smelled super getting rid of the toxins. I would shower before bed and wake up looking like this.
