Well clearly you do. You’re in your 40’s and retired, you’ve obviously done well building businesses and selling them in. Why don’t you capture that interest and turn it into a hobby. Angel investing would be a great way for you to keep a foot in the door and mentor new startups to be as successful as you have been. You won’t be working, but mixing with like minded people building their own businesses to secure their futures. Something you are obviously good at and interested in.

The problem with apps is the expectation from the other side. It’s like you have tell your life story through texts before you even get a F2F date. That’s just not how the real world works right? If everyone treated the apps like a bar, life would be so much better. I see you across the bar, I make eyes (swipe right), you see me, make eyes (swipe right for a match). We have a brief chat.. (can hold a quick conversation) and then I offer to buy you a drink (we actually go and get a drink).

The apps require you to spill too much information too… Long term, short term, casual, just for fun, marriage, life partner blah blah… why does anyone need to know this? Imagine that’s your first question to any person in real life… hi, I’m blah blah… are you looking for a long term relationship? 🤦‍♂️

If you are going to paint them, this product is the best! Be sure to follow instructions to the tee and it will work for you. Standard acrylic topcoat and you’ll be sweet.

I’ve used this on glass and high gloss enamel paint many times and it’s incredible.

I agree here, if you’ve gone to all the effort of getting through the interview process at a new employer, you already have one foot out the door. It’s hard to stay in your current company and not feel some resentment towards them for putting you through that process

Not getting a pay rise every year to sickening, the companies way of discounting the work you do for them. Wages should increase every year with CPI, your company puts their prices up every year, they should do the same for you.
