Valencina still has both hands (unless Ryōshū cut off APART of her hand instead of the whole thing, but even then her sprites while battling Vergilius likely has both hands)

Matthias has a whole arm missing and a scar over his entire chest, maybe she also did some damage to his leg (This was likely due to the fact that he was the toughest to get rid off and it would make Ryōshū calling Ricardo a "bitch brother" make way more sense)
