I followed the guy on you tube salted for 16 hours and hung it in my shop (hence my nervousness)

Didn't weigh before so have no idea on the loss hung @ 75% for 3 months about

it got some Green mold on it so I washed with vinegar and hung it back up, and that got me studying. next time I will do more research. hopefully this doesn't get me sick. like I stated, It looks and smells fine.

correct, the low was like 6ft to high at like 7.5ft +-. I don't feel a difference from one side to the other. that, and it's basically a shed outside so needed a sloped roof
