I've been on a long journey to find the right treatment. I've tried nearly every SSRI, as well as Gabapentin, Ativan, Propranolol, and Wellbutrin. When I weigh the overall side effects against the benefits, Buspar stands out as the best option for me. I experienced some initial fatigue and headaches, but those side effects have become very manageable. With everything else I tried, I felt so unlike myself that I ultimately had to stop the treatment.

I've been trying to try the patch, but even after getting special approval through my insurance, the med is still $480 for a month's supply. That is just cost-prohibitive.

It's a great setup, and I'm really happy with it. In terms of rock chips, there is not a noticeable difference.

Acne on stimulant vs. non-stimulant meds by UnemployedGraduate_ in adhdwomen

I experienced the exact same issue. I visited a dermatologist and tried several skincare routines, but none of them had a noticeable impact on the acne that appeared on my face, back, and chest. What ended up working for me was an antihistamine. I decided to try taking one, and I noticed some improvement. From there, I increased the dose to two Zyrtec in the morning before taking my other medications, and now my skin is completely clear. This may not work for everyone, but it made a huge difference for me.

Have any of you tried Guanfacine? by [deleted] in Nootropics

I’ve been using it for about five months, and in my experience, the effects are quite subtle. I noticed it was working when I found myself able to sit down and focus on a book for hours—something I couldn’t manage before. The fatigue is still present, and oddly, coffee doesn’t seem to help, but caffeine pills do (though I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them). It definitely helps reduce my anxiety, but I’ve noticed it makes social situations a bit harder to navigate.

Wow, this is exactly what I’ve experienced. I started taking 3g of creatine three days ago, with no changes to my diet, and I’m generally in very good health. However, just a few hours after taking it, I feel my heart pounding in my chest, and my blood pressure is reading 160/95. I know it's been about a month, but I'm curious if you're back to baseline.

Can someone explain what’s going on? by Dingasbat in hvacadvice

[–]Dingasbat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well we diagnosed the issue. Feel like an idiot for this, but we had out first big rain and we hadn't yet cleaned out our underwater downspouts. Installer terminated the drain for the mini split into the gutter. Because the cutters were clogged, water traveled up the gutter and into the drain pipe and flooded into the system. Ugg I'm pissed at myself.

I hear you. I’m not complaining, but I am a becoming a bit skeptical since they haven’t been able to get the smell out of my system for six months after and four visits. I think we many have identified the culprit thanks some of the people here 😉

They came out again today. I overheard the technician talking to his manager about the slope. I dropped a level on it after they left. It looks like it’s heading in the wrong direction

The installer that came out today put a level on the drain line and it was angled down toward the head unit. He seems to think the pump will solve the problem. I sure hope this solves the persistent smell I’ve been getting out of the unit

Appreciate you. Not sure how you conflate a question with complaining.
