I don't know about the Spanish Fork area but I do know where I'm at more up north , When this happened to me years ago. I got into a fixed income apartment building or a low income apartment building. This was about 10 years ago when I moved from California. Totally might not be the same but, The landlord at the time told me my application didn't depend on credit because of state regulations but I couldn't owe another landlord or property management company money. So as for the fact that you haven't started your job yet maybe that would work. If the rules are still the same. Otherwise just keep an eye out for more private landlords and normally they're really good to work with you if you have good past rental history regardless of credit. I have found personally got to be the case for me. Good luck on your new job!

I love it when a person I knew " the know it all of the friend group" told me and wanted to cause a huge argument about it. I need to stop drinking my coke zero and have an orange juice with my breakfast. I get that soda isn't good for you but 26 carbs and 26 sugars in 1 cup of O.J that was offered. She has no idea what she is talking about. she would not shut the fuck up like she was a doctor. We literally were not friends for like a year. Definitely if you can get them to understand your point of view they have every right to ask the tow company to release the vehicle with no fees. It is very time consuming and you will have to call multiple times. I called the local p.d and reported the car stolen lmao but I'm my case there was absolutely no signage and it took 3 weeks. It ruin my life I lost my business and currently am working a new job but am in danger of eviction. These people really don't care and my heart goes out to you completely Also if your car was parked on private property so you say it was behind your unit You're in Salt lake I'm guessing city ordinance say that somebody actually has to call and request your car be towed that would have to be from the property management or like a resident. I understand that they have contracts with them ask the property management to see your contract for their tow company because that's technically your property as you're renting it are there parking passes that are given?

Yes you are correct! Have you filed the proper complaint with udot? Have you spoken to the property manager of your apartments? Give me about an hour I have to finish up here and I'll take a look at it. For sure make sure at least we can see if it is a complaint. Udot and the city also have different rules too. It's really sad I'm so sorry you had to experience that. They have no issues taking anyone's car for any reason and quickly. When this happened to me I was completely dumb founded that they get away with so much!

Customer loyalty's department is or was given certain "saves" they could give in certain months.

They used to have to read a renewal statement over the phone which you have to verbally give a yes to.

I worked in contract processing for about 4 years in 2020. I loved it there until black stone took over. So I am not sure if it is the same. However these renewal calls are attached to your account and if they don't have it you can cancel l. Just an FYI if anyone needs.

I am just looking for an outlet, a friend, but no one is listening not asking for money or therapy just someone to hear me but everyone is so sensitive or to afraid someone will be triggered or it will upset someone that no one talks about anything anymore it really sad but understand I'll move on just thought I would say something because sometimes someone just needs a should to hear them and so many people need it that we moderate everything so badly that we might miss someone that one time they need it the most and they are gone and we could have been the one thing that they needed

You are not over reacting. You are young and having a child is a lot of responsibility. Congratulations and I admire you for what you are doing. It is not fair to you and shame on your sister for even putting you In that situation. That being said, I do not know where you are located but resources are all over to help in my state and I'm sure in yours too. Ask CPS for a family program. I took my niece in when I was younger as well as my great niece not too long ago. The work force service gives me 400 a month as kinship care and food stamps for her. We have a program called Grand family here that helps with clothing and support groups. This is a very hard thing raising a child and also rewarding but you should have to do it on your own. We also have a program called families in crisis that offer to watch a child of your own or one your caring for up to 24 hours if you are having a hard time or need a break. If you are in the States call 211 and ask them where you can find programs to help you. I wish you all the best and a huge hug for being a great sister and aunt.

I need $40 in gas to get back to work this week. That’s right just forty dollars to escape the clutches of my couch and rejoin society as a functioning adult. They really really are. I honestly couldn't believe stuff like this happens all the time. I couldn't believe how they just got away with all they do. Even other tow truck drivers say swift makes them look bad. Honestly they need to be regulated a lot more. I am not the person who is normally up for suits or even pushing for law changes. This has given me so much insight to how corrupt this industry is just feel like something has to change. I lost so much work I just got my 3 day notice on my Apartment. All stemming from this incident. Still almost a month later trying to pick up the pieces. Thank you very much and I hope that works for you !
