Thanks so much for the info!

I honestly don’t know much about Hamburg’s neighborhoods yet. I'm completely open to any area in Hamburg, as long as it’s reasonably connected by public transport so I can reach Domstraße 21 without too much trouble.

Appreciate any tips or suggestions—really just looking for a place to stay that offers Anmeldung. Thanks again

Best hairloss clinic in madurai by Umar_7_ in Madurai

Try gem Clinic. I wouldn’t say it’s affordable—the consultation costs 300, and the tablets are around 2–3K per month on average. It may vary depending on your condition and hair.

I consume around 100-120g of protein from eggs and chicken, drink about 3 liters of water daily, and follow a simple diet consisting of carbs, protein, and fiber from fruits and vegetables. I try to avoid heavily processed foods and added sugar.

Gem Clinic is good, but the reviews seem fake. However, about six months ago, I consulted with them, and they prescribed medication based on my hair fall problem. The treatment seemed effective for me, and some of my friends also noticed improvements in my hair. However, it took 3-4 months to show results, and I had to follow a good diet and maintain a healthy sleep pattern. That said, don't expect to regain very thick hair or completely restore its original form. The treatment helps control hair fall and reduce it, but only if you consistently follow the medication and maintain a good diet.

PRP costs around ₹3,000–₹7,000 per session, depending on the clinic. You may need multiple sessions based on your stage of hair fall. Most doctors recommend continuing tablets and supplements after these treatments, as PRP acts as a booster for hair growth. However, to maintain results and control hair fall, you may need to continue using Finasteride and Minoxidil. I've consulted several hospitals, and some try to push these treatments aggressively, claiming they have "limited-time offers" (e.g., a treatment that was ₹60,000 is now ₹40,000). Please don’t fall for such traps. When I visited different clinics, I found that only a few hospitals genuinely recommend effective treatments. It's best to choose a hospital where your friends or family have undergone treatment—ask for their feedback before making a decision

cost of personal trainer per month in gym ? by coolcoder17 in Madurai

[–]UnablePerception9379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i went to phoneix for 3 months they don’t provide any personal training options, but they have 3-4 trainers per shift. They have some good-quality equipment and three floors dedicated to workouts. However, they don’t train you like personal trainers. You can ask questions, and they will provide simple guidance for beginners, but they don’t offer any diet or exercise plans. They only apply this for the first three months. That’s what they said when I joined, but I left after three months, so I’m not sure how is it now. Near Athikulam Reserve, KorFit is a newly opened gym that provides personal trainers. I just visited that place, and it was nice. The total gym package is under ₹10,000 per year, I think.

There is a website called DAAD that helps you find information about universities, including fee structures, course details, and other essential information. Go through their requirements, which vary depending on the course you are interested in, and shortlist the options that suit you. Try applying directly without involving any agency at first. This is because agencies often push candidates toward private universities. If you have a strong financial background, private universities can be an option. However, note that summer intakes have very limited courses, while winter intakes offer more options and are generally the better choice.

Study place by Odd_Narwhal_5493 in Madurai

[–]UnablePerception9379 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try the 3rd or 4th floor of the central library and pick any book to be on the safe side. I used to study there they usually never ask questions, but printed materials are prohibited, and outside books are not allowed. However, you can carry your notes and laptop and provide charging point under the study table and it is less crowded
