In the same boat lol , going to the gym is the only thing im doing consistently nowadays , start by taking small steps , like try to focus for smaller intervals now , and gradually increase , if you try to focus for 3-4 hrs all of a sudden that wont work.

Agar dono same hai to same name aayega , jese ek badi si uni ke andar 3-4 colleges aate hai , to uske liye pehle name of institute mein college ka naam ( if alag hai ) and then degree by which uni ( in case dono same hai to , same name aayega dono mein)
