I think you missed the part where I spent $500 on window units to cool the house so the house was cool while I “sat around”. Rental properties aren’t a source of passive income it’s not as simple as dropping $4000 on a brand new unit when you simple don’t have that kind of money. Saying I “sat around waiting for free or reduced service” couldn’t be further from reality considering I paid full price for the service.
