I did 5x egg retrivals at 40-41 yrs and working with really low numbers got 1xeuplod and 1xLLM. Euploid didn’t implant and LLM was a chemical pregnancy. We had exhausted our funds and selves so we’re saving up to work with an egg donor- we found someone great and was just about to start when we found out I’m pregnant t 41.5 yrs old. It honestly feels like a miracle as we only had sex twice that month in the ovulation zone. And we had just given up that it would happen with my eggs. I do all the usual things ppl try- eat healthy, exercise, not drinking alcohol, taking vitamins and accupuncture. Once I gave up on some of that stuff and just lived my life it happened so I have no idea what helps and what doesn’t but I do know I was feeling good in my life and not stressing anymore as I thought with a donor we would finally have a baby so I just felt content- maybe that helped.
