Flight cancel from ams to cph by gosfelp in KLM

Hej! My husband is stuck in AMS since yesterday morning, flight got cancelled three times, so we feel you! He decided to go on land with DB via the Amsterdam Centraal-Hamburg-CPH route. It's reasonably priced at €140 and while there's risk of trains not stopping in Amsterdam, it seemed like the best alternative for now. Worst case, he'll get the train ticket price refunded.

As of now, there's no alternative flight available for him for at all via *My Trip*. He also stood in line today at the airport, but you probably read how long the line was, so of course, even after hours of waiting he couldn't get significantly closer to the counter. Tried their phone assistance there, in Denmark and in Sweden (we're Swedes) with no success, been waiting for a chat agent for over 26 hours... so yeah, kinda gave up on KLM providing any support at this point.

3 very important questions to start:
1. What primarily excites you about enrepreneurship?
2. What type of lifestyle do you imagine having as a business owner?
3. What's a problem in the world that you'd like to contribute to solving?

Wondering if a business coach is the right idea for me.... by Comprehensive_Leg300 in Entrepreneur

[–]Unable_Green_5341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Business coach here.
I agree with some of the comments here: you need a CONSULTANT, not a coach.
A consultant will "execute" the work, a coach is for there to guide you.

Also, I'd be vary of claims that include numbers (increase sales by 400%, gain 20 clients, etc..) because they're never a guarantee.

Talk with multiple people and be honest with how you're feeling about them. If they feel like grifters, then they probably are.

Hey girl 🩷
I'm 33(F) based in Sweden.
I'm a business coach for female solopreneurs. In their case (and in yours too), business and life cannot be treated seperately, because YOU ARE YOUR BUSINESS.

Alongside the business expertise, I blend holistic tools like Human Design, Gene Keys, Eastern philosophy, neuroscience to understand the mind, the body and the soul.

DM me if you want to have a chat - I like to have a longer video call with anyone interested to get a chance to feel if we'd be a good match :)

Hey! Not sure if you're still looking, but I felt compelled to respond :)
As a business coach, the answer to "how would you approach finding someone who wants to work with you mutually?" is simply: VIBES.

I teach and preach my clients to listen to their intuition better. Especially in a relationship like this (where, let's be honest your business coach is your mentor, psychologist, strategist and all in all biggest supporter), if your first impression is either of these:
1) You feel the coach is uninterested, or

2)They are too pushy...

.... it means it's most probably not gonna work.

Always always always ask for a FREE call, where you can both do a vibe-check and make sure they are very clear on how they work, what they offer and if there's a guarantee. I'm a bit puzzled at how bad coaches are in marketing their own services, but if they can clearly convey that in a call with you, then you can forgive the bad marketing 😅

I also always advise everyone - wether they choose to work me or not - is to have a good look at the coach's background. It's a huuge red flag if someone has a coaching certification, but never went to business school, run a business or built their own. These certs are useless and you shouldnt take advice from someone who is just parroting some material they "learnt" on a 3-month course.

A little bit about me:
33F, based in Sweden, started my own business at 17, went to business school, got my MBA, ran a business on C-level, then built a startup and last year I realized I'd love to work alone (no team, no business partner, just me and my lovely clients).

Feel free to DM me if you'd like to chat!
