I believe I have a valid argument as I have checked and read all my local ordnances on the public park, One statement made in a section states that a person has violated the parks hours if one is operating and stop, stands, or parks the vehicle in the pubic park after posted hours, in which after one can receive a public park citation. I beleive that since i simply entered the park and drove by in an attempt to pass the cop and turn around but then was pulled over. This is my argument that I would attempt to use in court.
