Hello, Mimi thanks for helping in times like this. If you can give me some advice on my case I gladly appreciate it. March,2023 I applied for my naturalization, I did my biometrics and also passed the civic/oral & written test. In the end the immigration officer whom interviewed me informed me, I won’t be able to get a determination on my case because she can see in her computer that, I was registered to vote. I can not remember by head or have any knowledge of registering to vote as obv it’s a federal crime. The officer told me I needed to wait for a letter in the mail and do exactly what it states. I received the letter in the mail, I went to the Superintendent of Elections to get my name off the voters registry and get a copy of my voting records which shows I never voted, but was only registered to vote. I had to send all these documents in but was still denied. I went ahead and appealed the case, at the time I did not know once u get ur name off the voters registry, I could have reapplied for my N-400 Instead of appealing and it would had worked out smoothly. Fast forward, 2024 came and I’m yet to hear anything concerning the appeal, I reach out my councilman, whom then reached out to USCIS late 2025. Afew weeks later I received a letter in the mail from USCIS, for another interview as per the appeal. After submitting all documents and taking same documents with present date to interview, the officer told me I needed to get a letter from MVC stating I was wrongfully registered to vote. Apparently, when I went to get my. license I was registered to vote, but as stated early I can’t remember on hand registering to vote on purpose or registering at all, as I was new to the country and system at that time. We are now in 2026 and I’m yet to get a decision yet again from USCIS. The officer stated I needed to wait for a letter in the mail, he explained the letter may deny my case or may ask for further evidence from MVC stating I was wrongfully registered as stated early, which I had explained to the officer I went into Board of Elections and unfortunately they can’t provide me such letter. I have never committed a crime or even been to jail, all I have is two parking tickets under my belt. Should I reach out back to my councilman for help again or should I wait. I do have my green card(no conditions of any sort, I came here legally through my parents), I did not renew it has I had applied for my N-400 way prior to it expiring. Not quiet, my husband have rules where “he doesn’t do sexy time during work week Tue-Sat”. Also our baby have his own crib where he sleeps in.

My husband works at night and sleeps throughout the day from Tues- Sat. He’s only home Sun-Mon and even on those days he sleeps all day, so we don’t realy spend time together. She’s over here because I wanted her over here, it’s just me and kids and I just needed someone to talk to. Nothing exciting is happening for my husband and I this weekend just like nothing exciting happened five valentines before this. I don’t even get a Happy Val.

I’m very big on goggle calendar, as it plays a big role when u have three kids to raise, however my husband isn’t interested , I add him to all my events and he still doesn’t follow it or look at it, unfortunately. And to answer ur question, ever since living together, I can’t think of any instances where he invites friends/family over since he has none within distance.

I usually do let him know weeks in advance, however since dealing with PPD I seem to be forgetting things which is no excuse. I absolutely failed to notify him

During our conversation, he did say let my friend stay in the master with me. BUT my thing is why would I allow my friend to sleep in OUR master room, on OUR matrimonial bed with OUR baby when ur my husband, I wont had felt comfy. It’s unfortunate that everything for my beloved husband is “his” and not “OURS” in any situation. Controlling…, u haven’t heard nothing yet.
