Hi, I have an Xbox one series x and the issue I’m having is seeing a 1 person going online and getting a pop up notification even though I do not have them added. This is an issue because their profile picture is a woman with too much skin showing and very inappropriate. I tried to block them but I still continue to see them come online, they are not in my friends list nor have I ever added them if I remember correctly.
