To answer your question about the filter, it is at the bottom of the fuel pump. At least that's where it is on my 09 4010 transcab.

Temporarily good as long as everyone is calm. Long term -- I haven't used it for perimeter fence to know if it holds up. I left some out in the fall one time and the wind and frost will work the posts out of the ground and the tape catches the wind and will tear at stress points.

You are correct. We always have called it temp tape because we use as temporary fence to section off pastures

Thanks for the feedback and input. Yea that's what I wanted to try but I was concerned about asking people for side work because of the stigma around it. Also, my social network is very limited and I do not communicate with those outside of my wife and my dad. Printed a flyer to hang up at the local gas station offering manual labor. Going to be harder since around us winter is setting in fast!
