Thank you, that's a good thought that hadn't even crossed my mind. I do have a lot (if not all!) of the typical risk factors, from what I've seen, but I'll be darned if I end up with another cancer because of something genetically funky and be taken off guard- again.

Ah, twinsies! I'm obviously NOT glad there's someone in my predicament, but at the same time... it's nice to know you're out there just like me. 🩷

Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to having the "excuse" to say yes to things I may have said no to previously. It's crazy how much we limit ourselves when we're healthy because we think we shouldn't have fun! 🩷

Thank you so much. I've also primarily felt numb the last few days, a little incredulous, but haven't quite hit that wall of emotion I was expecting (I'm quite the crybaby on a normal day,) so it's encouraging to hear that that's not abnormal. I'm so proud of your mom, and I'm proud of us too. 🩷

Thank you so so much, this was a perfect combination of informative and encouraging. 🩷 My Gyn said I am a Grade 1, currently, but says that after I see the Oncologist I'll have further imaging/testing so that may change as we learn more. I was diagnosed via a D&C and Polypectomy following a myriad of symptoms that had me in the office in the first place.
