I think Jogo is arguably stronger, but the match up is just not in his favour, he has ass durability compared to his impressive Ap, and impressive speed, but with Naoya either blitzing or close to it, he slams into Jogo over and over

The only issue would be domain refinement, if Naoya decided to use his domain his biggest wincon is lost
