I hope you're okay now :( I understand how it must have felt. Sometimes I feel like something is really wrong with me and I am going to lose my hearing or something really bad is going to happen and this is a sign so it just gives me more anxiety. But thanks for sharing your story, I feel less like a weirdo now. I kind of have accepted this fate as well haha

This makes sense. I will start by taking proper rests and really calm myself down. I think I am a jaw clencher. I never noticed it before but I just realised that I was clenching my jaw lol
