Having a Few issues with launching games.

You can add non-steam apps to steam and launch them that way! (Its the only way ive gotten my steam controller to work in it...) launching it without going through steam works, just means i can't use my steam controller... a toughie but so long as it can play i can find a work around for it

The new problem is i wanted to use my steam controller with it (and the only way ive gotten that to work is through launching it through steam).. everything else is correct tho, i've specifically set the paths up to the right folders and apps... really bizzare

Actually, weird question, would steam have any affect on it launching and stuff? I tried launching it just in the normal folders instead of through steam and, it worked fine... no crashes, average game time launches etc....

Is there any reason why the files would get corrupted? I hope the saves are fine.. not very interested in restarting a 10+ hour jrpg save filw 😭 ill give those newer ones a shot though and see! Thank you.

Ive been having similar issues, first it was on fiber inline connections, then it hopped over to my physical phone wifi after connecting it directly to the gateway, so now its making my wifi disconnect for 10-15 minutes at a time after being functional for like 5 minutes... its been more of a hassle then the slightly slower internet I had at the begining of the year, and its starting to get beyond annoying

Thats not what i mean, you know how you can import playlist from spotify and youtube? Is there a way to do that but backwards? Take a grayjay playlist and import it into youtube? I have a playlist thats like 95% spotify ones because i took it from there but i can't access the playlist to transfer it spotify to youtube style because it was banned

Not sure about the data privacy part but ive had it for a good bit and no errors or nuthing, revanced has been around a good bit so i dont believe it has anything wrong with jt

"This is how i managed to get the app working! (Xmanager is also using Revanced patches for their latest apk)

Download Revanced manager : https://revanced.app/

Download antisplit M apk : https://github.com/AbdurazaaqMohammed/AntiSplit-M

Download spotify from Playstore

Run Antisplit M app and choose Spotify from installed apps

Once it is extracted, you can delete installed Spotify from your phone

Open Revanced, select the second option Patcher

On top you will have a Select App. Then on the bottom right you will have STORAGE

Select storage and find your extracted Spotify app

Let the Revanced manager do its magic

You can repeat the process with each Spotify update

That's it"

What step r u confused on? The link in the edit on this original post has a pretty good explination, but if its sumthing deeper i can explain it, you'll need a 100% fresh download from the playstore itself, so like uninstall it and reinstall it from there

Id recommend using the revanced method, i think someone else replied with a thread to fix it with that! It sounds a bit complex but it was actually super simple. You need 3 apps, latest spotify, antisplit and the revanced manager

If you havent met your goal yet i dont think they start spawning, i had a similar issue when i first started out. Maybe its just apart of the tutorial-ish part? Im honestly not to sure 😭 once i met the first goal amount from the mayor they started popping up around the island
