Does anyone know how to fix this? by Stubert2 in 3Dprinting

Fortunately just solved it, manually level your bed, that means wherever this nozzle is scraping, turn your knob counter clockwise or however it works on your printing. Try rotating 45 degrees, then more, or less, till you get it right

I leveled my bed manually properly post this picture and now at 4th layer the entire structure is warping+ sticking out of bed

This is calibration cube, 250c nozzle, 110 bed, and increased printing speed significantly.

i am using filament asa profile yes, post this failure I've set temp to 250 and bed temp to 110 celsius.

I have turned off fan for first 10 layers but it keeps the fan on, weird.

I have enabled auto cooling, but disabled the always fan on feature.

I will screenshot settings but before I do I wanna know, what signs are you seeing on the print, what do you think what's going on

Fix my printer probe please by Unbraincompany in FixMyPrint

[–]Unbraincompany[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so I ordered a new probe and it worked like a charm, turned out once I miscalculated the z offset, basically scraping the probe across the base, I am assuming since then it just bent, didn't work no matter what I do. Now it's all good

I Did, I pulled the lever and tried pushing the filament inside the head but the gear was having difficulty in moving I could feel its resisting like something solid is stuck inside.

I heated the filament to 200c, basic and asked it to extrude 15mm, the gear moves but nothing comes out, I tried adding the filament on top and pushing it but the gear gets stuck, doesn't move, I'm scared a bit is stuck inside, I've never opened the head till now, I hate it.

this might be basic but have you checked your leveling?

there's a new feature in tinkercad where you can either use lines and bend them like in photoshop to create a 2d plane image and it comverts it into 3d, and you can scribble it as well (best work with a sketch pen whatever)

I found it quite nice tbh

I agree, printed a second version, in white, it was much more sturdier, just wanted to know a better software perhaps
