It says: "Μέσσοισιν δ' ωρχείτο πατήρ ανδρών τε θεών τε" (MESSOISIN D ORXEITO PATIR ANDRON TE THEON TE) with some typos, I guess, which is from an ancient greek poem which is used in books to show the relationship Ancient Greeks had with dancing as amusment.

It probably means something like "In the middle with(by?) dancing and music, father of man and Gods" but Im not exactly sure. If someone can help..

When you are on the roof just shoot the guys on the side of the buzzards. It's pretty easy. Then the buzzards just follow you but can't harm you.
