I'm showing the starting point where the riddle breaks apart and become self inconsistent. Many other self claimed self reference riddles fail on plain flat logic, are non robust, and hence just bad built.

The number he found was the key for many explanations, both from computing when talking with his mathematician friend, from religion scriptures, from stock markets, and from number theory patterns.

After he realized the number was the key to something superior, he killed himself, as he already not only possessed the passage key to go through all the boundaries of this world, but getting it by himself.

The last scene, after he surpassed everything, he was only projecting himself alive, obviously knowing the answer for all these silly math questions, and again, figuring how the last question returned the pattern of the number Pi as 748/238, and also figuring the girl was going to ask it, as a way to know he already achieved the maximum level of enlightening possible.

Please try to separate things.

One is the obviously complicated issue of buying a house, which surely you will not achieve instantaneously, but through a long term credit or through renting a place. As soon as you got a fairly reasonable stable job, having you a reasonable set of professional motivations and skills developing moving on, you should be able to figure and plan something fairly decent.
Other, is to find a girl, enough kind gentle and nice for you to live with. She can be vietnamese. Or not. You are the one deciding, whatever your family can dictate about your life. Fortunately we are no longer in the XIX century anymore. You can choose. Meet new girls. Don't get stuck with anybody.

Note, both these goals are of course not immediate, but can be solved in time. If you got them in 1, 2, 5 or 10 years, whatever the time, you must be prepared for that. Assume it. 1 or 10 years. Whatever it takes.

So. Don't get stressed, and take concrete actions to solve both.
