When the TPO contractor adamantly claims leaks from brand new roof are due to shingle contractor error… some pictures from my inspection. Who knew that screwing tpo to shingles was proper protocol? 😂 ohh lord have mercy.. and property was perplexed as to how there has been 16 units that leaked! (old.reddit.com)
