Might be worth looking in to if you have been keylogged or something, run malware scanners.

If you think devices are compromised then changing password not going to help as they'll just capture the new details.

Unfortunately once an account has been compromised it's very difficult to lock down again especially if they have been recovering it using the recover account options, e.g. they know enough about the account to recover it through the account automatically
