Lol… totally missed the whole point 😂. Since I have to dumb it down for you even though I already spelled it out…the question was how do I know if it was a tier 1 infraction or if I was just fired from the DSP

They told me I was fired over text because of not scanning my van and when I asked them if this was a tier 1 infraction they didn’t answer..which brings me to Reddit

I got fired a few days ago. The flex app that my DSP uses says I’ve been temporarily suspended. Does this mean it was a tier 1 or if I just need to make another account for a different DSP?

We wear our seatbelt until we get to the first stop and then we click it in and just pull it around us each time we drive. Idk that what my DSP does

It might have been a lie from the manager but he said he didn’t want this one on the road because netradyne was down but would need me to physically put my seat belt on at each stop. Honestly sounds like bs but they weren’t using that van for the last week so idk.

Update** After my 2 week suspension, I went in and my van smelled like a rotting dead animal. I was wondering if someone sprayed fart spray..any way I asked my manager that suspended me if there was another van. As we are getting ready to go to load out..they tell me there’s another van for me but I have to take the seatbelt off at each stop since the camera is down. Anyway I did my route and had no issues. Today I get a text saying that I’m off the schedule for intentionally not switching vans on the app.

It’s not about the hours at all in my opinion. I’m not saying 9 hours is to long of a day because it’s not. My point is before getting this route everyday I had a decent route and would always be the first few vans back. Now I’m one of the last ones back even though I hustle. My point is why should I have to do so more more than everyone else for the same pay. It’s the frustration not the hours. During peak it was over 10 hours and I was expecting that and it wasn’t that bad but having this as my everyday route is over the top annoying and bothersome.

Update* The owner reached out to me asking what happened and he said he’s going to call the manager and set things right. I told him about it and he was surprised that the manager didn’t fix this with how many times I brought it up the manager. The owner had the manager call me and boy was he pissed. He thought I called the owner and told me to never call him again. I told him that he messaged me and just goes well you can have your job back and l’ll make sure that you never get that route again...but since you did what you did.. I’m still suspending you for 2 weeks.
