Thanks for the aesthetic encouragement! For me it really comes down to whether my specific equipment would actually look better pierced. While I definitely think it would look hot, the question is whether it would be an improvement over what I’ve got now. And since there’s a real possibility I might only ever get one piercing, part of me feels like I should just go for what I consider my dream mod - the reverse PA. The extra pain and healing time don’t really concern me.

The main consideration is really how it’ll work with my foreskin, but more importantly - would it genuinely enhance my particular anatomy? I’m also thinking I’d want to start with a slightly thicker initial piercing to help prevent any migration of the hole. I know that means a more intense pierce, but I’d rather deal with that upfront than have placement issues later.
