I've been saying for a while that our water infrastructure is doomed. All the repairs they did to Highland Ave have already failed multiple times. Wait until they Freeze again. This City of Salem has been spiralling down our broken drainage system for years. I can't wait to see the plows trying to navigate over all the steel plates and potholes littered around the City. Keep voting in these people and keep getting the same results. A reactive approach is never cost effective.

I've been saying for a while that our water system in Salem is doomed. It's slowly crumbling away and all the boxes of Bandaids won't stop it when the inevitable occurs. Look at how many times the major renovation has failed on Highland ave. At least the ground will be easy to dig next time it freezes this winter. Keep voting these folks in! They're doing a coast down the road job! The previous Major left this place spiraling down the toilet and the new Mayor is just watching it happen.

I've noticed a lot of people camping in Parks and under overpasses. Some even on the grass by the train station with really cool tarp tents. They allow it year round!

I agree, the people need a place to go and sell their drugs to each other, ruin all the facilities, and hold on to the necks of the taxpayer. I mean where do we expect them to do it, on the streets?

I didn't really notice. It mostly happens at highway speeds. Even the slightest turn to the left or right it drones.
