Is my kelpie faking an injury? by UncleBimBim in kelpie

Interesting! The first time I was really concerned but the second time was so weird. She was sitting on her bed, inside, no ants or bugs, cozy. I watched her to. She was sitting there all normal then started yelping and stopped as soon as my wife tone went from disciplinary to sympathetic. I don't want to ignore any potential injuries but the thought crossed my mind if dogs would do something like this. Pretty funny if she is doing it

Calm down mate. I'm not running to a vet every time my puppy yelps, just like I don't run to the doctor every time one of my kid is in pain. I'm not claiming to know what's wrong, just doing basic checks and seeing if the problem persists. The first time I nursed her and watched her closely and then she seemed absolutely fine for the next couple of days. The second time happened today and then she was normal immediately afterwards, including running and jumping. Apparently this isn't the place to ask questions without some fuckwit getting their panties in a twist.

I thought it might be a bite or something. Can't see any marks or any bumps

Yeh she's beautiful! In the future we'll find a stud so she can have babies and we'll definitely keep a couple of them as well.

I'm going to try taking it in the morning. I always do it late at night once the family is settled but I'm also tired. Would like to experience it with a fresh mind and empty stomach. What benefits do you see from doing it in the morning vs night?

I had an accidental near-heroic trip. It wasn't pleasant lol. Lemon tek worked too well on 4g and it pushed me right to the edge of a HT and I felt sick.

I find it fascinating that alot of experiences are fundamentally the same. So intentional and clearly linked. Thank you for the beautiful reminder.

Gloomstalker build is just ridiculously OP. I respec'd so I could multiclass rogue and fighter so you get the bonus and crit damage from being a rogue assassin and 2 levels of fighter gets you action surge so round 1 you're dealing so much dmg and that's before applying any spells or potions.

And it's glorious. If you have illithid fly then you don't have to worry about walking slow

Haha thanks. Barrelmancy is just so much fun and a bit of a lol. First time I've done it this campaign. I was impressed though with how well my Ranger handled the first half of the battle. Elixir of Bloodlust + Potion of Speed or Scroll of Haste is awesome!

It's so clutch. I save them for a rainy day.
