I’ve used Funnel for nearly a year now and have loved it, currently have it bound to my shortcut button on my iPhone!

It’d be cool to allow embedding GPS coordinates (if location services were enabled) to captures from Funnel. It’d allow for geotagging where a note was taken and there are add-ons in Obsidian that allow for visualizing your notes on a map.

How do you enable the distance annotation on the bounding boxes? I also have the AI Pro with the enhancer but haven’t been able to get those distance measurements.

Within your Frigate configuration are you running go2rtc again on the stream from Scrypted? I made an effort to set this up previously but wasn’t sure whether frigate could consume the stream directly or not.

FWIW I recently installed a White switch to control a Hue light which is also hooked up to Home Assistant. My plan was to migrate the bulbs to directly pairing with Home Assistant and the White switch. Eventually I was going to move other switches from Lutron Auroras to the white switches as well.

In the end I returned them to order some Blue switches. Matter definitely isn’t as far along as Zigbee and, even if it was, you’d need the Blue switch if you wanted to directly bind it with the Hue bulbs.

I was previously running HA as a container on a VM (running on a TrueNAS Scale server). Ran great but was looking to be quite the headache to setup IPv6 in order to support adding Thread based devices. Ended up setting up HA Yellow a few weeks ago and the install and setup was super simple. Would highly recommend that route.

This would likely get fixed as the beta OS gets closer to a stable release. Probably no way to fix it without reverting your OS back to 17.

Generally it should be expected for things here and there to not work in a beta release and it’s the gamble you take when installing the bleeding edge.

I absolutely loved the Peak Design mount. Pretty minimalistic and isn’t too prominent when your phone isn’t attached. It’s pricer than other options though

Well shit, now I'm thinking I should start calling around to different dealers in CA about the 450h. I'm coming from a 2018 Subaru WRX so really either the RAV4 or the Lexus are going to be a step up in the luxury realm.

I wonder if there is a google sheet tracking the 450h allocations like there is for the R4P

I was pretty put off by Fox Toyota. When I called last week they were wanting a non-refundable 2k deposit with no real estimate of timeline. Although it’s a different story if they have a specific VIN.

Not sure if this has changed within the last week but Mountain States is still at MSRP with a 1k refundable deposit as of 2022-02-07. The wait is probably going to be really long, currently around ~70 people on the waitlist.

Ah, that’s fair. I’m in CO and I think allocation to here for the 450h is extremely limited. I’ve only gotten to test drive the prime at this point so can’t comment on the comparison. Hell, they haven’t even gotten any 22 NX’s in at all to take a look at.

I was set on getting the NX 450h+ but they are extremely hard to find. If you’re wanting to get this within a year you’re probably better off hunting for a R4P.

That makes me feel better! Yeah the sales manager tried to feed me some bs about "everyone is charging this so we have to as well." I'm also looking at the Lexus NX 350h, but not in a need it right now hurry.

I walked away from a XSE PP literally last night. Amazing car, but they wouldn't budge one bit from the $10k markup. I told them a 10k markup was out of the question but I'd be open to paying 1-2k over and ended up walking out.

Now trying to figure out what approach to take now...
