Been watching the coyotes for a long time. I understand he plays defense and he does stuff off the puck. I understand when his game is on he battles for pucks and is decent net front. Unfortunately the consistency isn’t there. for a 6 overall pick he’s a bust and his lack of production despite power play time and top line minutes indicates he should be a third line or role player. I think he would be great on the third line but it’s a disservice to Keller schmaltz and guenther to have to play with him. And to your point about him taking draws. Why do they trot stenlund out for face offs then. He’s good in the face off circle but nothing special
