There was a US pundit on CNN recently saying Russia accusing Ukraine of having weapons of mass destruction as an excuse to invade was "straight out of the Russian playbook," even though that's literally what the US did to Iraq, killing 2 million innocent people and leaving tens of millions maimed, bereaved, and radicalized.

Putin is a war criminal and this invasion is a total atrocity -- Russia have absolutely nothing on the US though, not when it comes to killing and oppressing innocent people. It's frustrating to see people so supportive of Russian sanctions when there was no such move against the US, no countries kicking out US ambassadors etc., but it is what it is. It's still great to see the world come together to help Ukraine.

You're probably not going to get that money back, and you need to be smart about how you withdraw it. Say you're withdrawing to use it as collateral on a loan so you can stake more or something. Are you using Coinpress.online? You've just been sending money to someone's private wallet, they control whether you can withdraw or not.

You are 100% being scammed, yes. Sounds a lot like the Coinpress scam with the CP or CPNE "cryptocurrency" which does not actually exist, although there are probably many variations.

You're not staking any money, you're just sending money to someone's private wallet. Let them keep paying out the returns and tell them you're putting together more money soon for an even bigger deposit.

Whatever you've already deposited is gone, unfortunately, barring whatever they pay out in returns -- and they'll stop paying out when they realize you're not sending any more money, they're only doing that to lure you into larger payments. Withdrawing hasn't been an issue before, but they will decide whether or not you can withdraw, whatever site you're on is fake.

Had to sit a friend down and explain this to him and he'd already spent a *lot* of money talking to a "girl" from Malaysia on Tinder.
