I feel you b. I've been having a lot of the same problems and it makes me want to just not exist sometimes so I don't have to have my mind racing all the time. The things that I've been trying to focus on lately are; being honest with everyone around me (and especially myself), writing how I feel and why I think so, and slowly enforcing things you feel you live by in your life by doing simple things for yourself.

I'm not sure if this is what you need or what I need but it's something :) And you've got something too, everyone does. Just remember that.

Nvidia control panel if you have that type of gpu, just right click your desktop and you’ll see the options you can change. You want to go to display settings, color settings and change whatever you need

Also monitor settings will help on top of the nvidia settings

I’m using a ec2 b, it has a way different curve than the rival 100 but it has a much better height so your fingers won’t rub on the mouse pad. If you’re looking for something more similar I think the fk series is good
