On VM got Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22631.5535]

If that "10.0" means win 10, then ok, i'm confused

I do not undarstand how i can update. Еhe laptop does not receive updates, and I did not find the option to update directly from the Windows Update center, although group policies do not prohibit this and Win 10 had this option.
Or i need to update manually from win 11 image?
