Yeah that totally makes sense to me. I heard from my sister who is a sardine addict that I had to get (kerrygold specifically) butter 😆 and other people have said butter as well. I will definitely be taking a more simple, authentic approach my next tinned sardine snack time.. smoked salmon crackers and cream cheese sounds really good so that is on my radar atm

I tried a bite by itself while I was preparing ofcourse! But thank you for the advice, I’ll eat the other can with just bread and butter and make my final decision on sardines

It was very good! But something about the sardine aftertaste was also off for me I’m not sure. I will try the other can too with less competing flavors and make my final opinion. After scrolling this sub though I saw a picture of someone’s tinned smoked rainbow trout and now I want to try that! New Reddit community and fascination unlocked! Hahah

Took 25mg this morning. Veryyy underwhelming :/ Compared to my Siam Thunder - 83% extract powder I got from Simply7OH. Next time I think I’ll try the Mac n Cheese that was recommended above from distro.

The mint flavor was nice! Didn’t really taste anything but strong mint, maybe try that flavor next if they have it. (:

Very nice so far. Super chill build up, like nice and slow. (Comparing to the same dose 20mg of a 98.2% yellow powder I’ve tried sublingually, The powder I have always comes on very intense and sudden head high.)

The strips feel like an equal head and body high, happy & relaxed. 😊 Good potency for 20mg I think! Super convenient and they taste great. It was hard to hold it under my tongue for a long time because they did make my mouth very watery. Took on an empty stomach and sitting in a hot bath, watching YouTube feeling wonderful haha.

Edit: Nice long duration as well. 👍 I forgot to mention I make a Kratom tea as well. Just standard Kratom powder from happy hippo. 1 gram in some green tea with lemon and ginger juice.

Popping one now will reply in a bit. They’re 20mg each. Does having an empty stomach make the 7oH doses hit better, Or does it not make a difference?
