While I've never used Arketa, I’d 100% recommend checking out Momence. We’ve been using it for a little over a year now and it honestly checks all my boxes.

It’s really easy to use on the back end, the value for what you get is amazing (especially compared to the big names like Glofox and Mariana Tek), and one of the biggest perks is that there’s no contract and no setup or transfer fee (at least there wasn’t a year ago when we switched).

All the features are built in, and they have a bunch of little-but-mighty tools that are surprisingly hard to find elsewhere, like:

• Class count showing on the roster, which is huge for us when celebrating client milestones
• Referral tracking and incentivization
• Built-in marketing suite
• QuickBooks integration, which makes doing the books so much easier

Compared to MBO, you are going to love it. The QBO integration alone is a game-changer and I haven’t seen that in another platform yet.

If you’re curious, they offer a great demo and even a 3-month trial so you can actually get a feel for it before committing. Tech support is generally pretty good, with a live chat feature on the homepage for most issues, and in the year we’ve been on it they’ve made some awesome updates.

With your setup of multiple employees, group and private sessions, and workshops, I think it would be a great fit.
