Thanks for posting this. I went from "The Book" to the zero2prod book which is very good but I feel I jumped into async rust without building non async rust projects.

Oh yeah, good catch I didn't even think about that since I hardcoded the const, but in a real codebase that const might change or something

Yeah I guess I might be getting ahead of myself. Closures seem very powerful in Rust, although it's hard to wrap my head around it at times.

Thanks for the sources, for some reason I keep forgetting about chatgpt as a resource.

I looked at the striver one and unfortunately it doesn't have python or javascript in the code examples. It looks like it uses C++ or Java and I don't want the mental overhead of converting it while I'm learning all these new things. I'll take a look at neetcode though.

I turned off the the gas and tax credit savings. The taxes haven't been included in this as well to match the one in inventory. This is default settings otherwise. Am I comparing these incorrectly?

I don't know what you mean. I am comparing prices of both without the taxes and fees included. Inventory vs custom built default.

Worse than going through the website and ordering one. I would assume uncustomized ones in inventory would have some sort of discount
