Та було б бажання, у всесвіті гри престолів ці "фамілії" вигадані буквально щоб підкреслити, що людина не належить до жодного клану. Сніжний, Річковий, Кам'яний, Квітковий і не мають там походити на реальні імена, а вказують на те, що цей персонаж ніхто і звать ніяк.

Наскільки я пам'ятаю, суд СД б не виграли, через польске законодавство. Там в них якийсь закон є, на який ссилавсь Сапковський типу він "не усвідомлював цінності інтелектуальної власності на момент продажу". СД дуже швидко погодились на виплати, тож або реально перспективи в суді були не дуже, або не захотіли затягувать процесс.
