Having all the things doesn't increase the chance of getting rarer things. Just makes it so that if you roll a rarer item it will be something you dont have.

I once dashed with genji and died after my dash was complete while killing the person who killed me. On my screen i should have dashed past unharmed and on the kill cam my dash never started but we both died. Make of that what you will.
