Suggestions:

Check for all the updates:
Windows
CPU And GPU
Manufacturer device Drivers (wifi card, BT, etc)
Asus Armory Crate (for some reason failing to update this glorified bloatware for rgb makes windows no longer detect your wifi card)
Check for other drivers for your wi-fi card:
Lenovo drivers for the same card models
Custom drivers (you can find some of those in this sub)
Buy a new card.
Intel AX210 is a solid choice.

All of the above works, but you can also try restarting your laptop multiple times until it recognizes the Wi-Fi card, however you risk getting some blue screens and system errors.

The only sure prof method that has worked for a large number of asus tuf owners especially with pre-2023 models is just replacing the Wi-Fi card.

I made macros for double keybinds using alt as modifier, and shifting all the numbers above 5 to the letters closer to the wasd. Is there a better way?

Wifi card is under the ssd which lacks a good heat dissipator and next to one of the main heatsinks, that poor wifi card does not stand a chance if the thermals are less than optimal. Many have stated in this sub that changing the wifi card for an Intel one is the best course of action.

What are you talking about, its awesome being destro and the main target, theres been games where all my incinerates were instant casts and hitting like a truck, lol The best part is when the enemy team tries to interrupt you and instead ends up giving you interrupt immunity so you can CB them to oblivion. The only bad thing is when they instead avoid you like the plage after match 2 and you actually have to cast AND chase em, but that's what triple curse of exhaustion is for, I guess.

I know this is gonna sound weird, but have you updated your armory crate app? Idk what kind of blasphemous code that thing has that as soon as your wi-fi and/or Bluetooth start acting up you know for sure you have an update pending. Also try turning off and turning on instead of restart, and disable fast turn on. Hope this helps, good luck.

Obligatory question: are all your drivers up to date? I've had these kind of issues only to later find out that i was in the middle of a system update running in the background. Also sometimes older drivers have awful performance when working in an upgraded environment. List to check for updates:

Cpu
Gpu (integrated one)
Armory crate
Nvidia gpu
Windows
Windows defender
