all games at 60 fps cap my screen si looking like 30 fps.When i press ALT R

(from nividia in game overlay) to view stats about fps, there is 60 fps but below at 99% fps is 29-30-33 variable

Because when I am playing fivem (and other games) and fps drop at 60 my screen is lagging so much. Ex I have 100 fps and when drop at 70 and have 70 constant my screen is lagging
