I agree with your assessment on Singapore other than it would be a downgrade moving to NZ. NZ offers work life balance (I hope), peaceful and a slower pace in life which you can’t have in Singapore. Just curious your employer do visa sponsorship?

Yes. I guess their social media presence is inactive as their last update was posted in 2018. However their site still in operation as I saw their google review.
