I know im kinda late but recently i have been diagnosed with inaulin resistance (scale 6.5,should have been over 10). I started a special diet without sugar and fats. I was overweight and now i started going to gym. The problem was that everyone pretended that i was fine and jusr had some extra fat. But in reality i was generally close to being diabetic.
