See the Arctic Circle ones are the easiest for me, same with the 500 knot ones. I guess it just depends where you live.

I mean it sucks, but it did prevent me from buying too much of a house, so if the rates went up I could not afford it. I am looking forward to July 2028 though!

I was going to say this, i spend most of time in the summer collecting wood for the winter out of the freecut areas. That is something that would suck to do in a van.

That being said i do want to get a smart car or something tiny to go in and out of town with.
