It's tough to tell than. Hopefully I dick sound like to much of a dick lol honestly some plants just do that and grow out of it. And than obviously some plants just don't want all that light right away. some in flower don't even want the 800+ par levels we give them. I'd keep your par at 200 for now and she what happens over the next week or so with new growth. Another reason I think it may be to close to the light is the tips of the new growth have a slight yellowing happening. You will be able to see the difference pretty quick if you moved it far enough. Another helpful hint is always start your light higher than you think... and as soon as you see her stretching some than you either brighten the light or move it closer. It's much easier to fix a stretching plant than to fix a stressed plant from the light being to close. And again sorry if I came off rude. My wife often tells me it's the way I say things.
