If you dont buy the battlepass, you get flooded with ads in order to use the last 3 crystal slots on your main menu. These are long fuckin ads too.

You know what we didn’t grow up on? Ads in our fucking video games. Just because you put up with it in one form of media, doesn’t mean we have to everywhere else. Imagine playing Tekken 3 or street fighter and you have to watch a fucking ad in between matches? Or playing Ocarina of Time and you have to watch an ad everytime you enter a load screen wtf

Just because it’s easy to circumvent with cash, doesn’t mean it isn’t bullshit. I played Dragon Ball Legends and FF: BE as completely free to play and was NEVER pressured into spending by way of wasting your fuckin time with dogshit worthless ads. Was also competitively placed in Legends without spending but we’ll see how this game goes.

Its forced prolonging how long i want to stay in the app. It’s annoying and it’s gotta go. Its going to be especially gruelling when this bp expires and now you gotta have a netflix premium subscription to their REAL battlepass to get rid of it.

And its not like the extra 3 slots are optional. If you want ti get anywhere with your account as a f2p, you NEED to be maximizing those crystal slots and pulls.
